CCP has removed CSM members in the past for TOS/EULA violations. This situation is no different whatsoever.
The accumulated filth of all their sex and murder will foam up about their waists and all the ho's and politicians will look up and shout 'Save us!' and I'll look down, and whisper 'no.' |

If you cared to read my posting, you'd see that I want them to point out the rule in the ToS that he has aledgedly violated. Directly harassing someone is against the ToS. You should petition for an answer.
As I understand things, such matters are between CCP and the recipient of their judgement.
